The possibility of a seizure heightens my feeling of vulnerability. That in turns heightens my awareness of mortality, which drives a sense of urgency to create. If someone experiences pleasure or at least a positive benefit, that is probably a very good reason to share.

At least for me, a seizure is not "painful"... only extremely "draining" and to sense an impending one terrifying, and the aftermath can be quite depressing.
